Metanoia is word derived from the Greek language. Greek, from metanoiein to change one’s mind, repent, from meta- + noein to think, from nous mind, as taken from Merriam-Webster’s Dictionary. My greatest thoughts, desires, and dreams have developed over a cup of coffee. Hence the birth of Metanoia In A Cup.
